The project provides for reconstruction and rehabilitation of a small building in the Vitosha district of Sofia. Upon a request of the owner the existing building is saved as much as possible, and and extension with a conservatory, garage and other areas is designed in order to achieve the desired comfort. Vertically the house is divided into two floors and an attic. At the ground level there are the living room with fireplace, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom, garage and workshop. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two wardrobe rooms and two bathrooms. A studio with its own kitchenette and bathroom, and a storage room are situated in the attic.
