The building is located in the new area of the town of Kostinbrod. The project provides for a two storey building with an attic. At the ground floor there are living and dining room with a billiard area, kitchen, two sleeping rooms, covered terrace with barbeque, two-car garage and service rooms. Similar distribution of the upper floor area as the roof of the garage turns to a large terrace. The house should be equipped with solar and gas heating system.
