The building is situated in the heart of Sofia – at the corner of the streets Cherkovna and Rousalka. It comprises of 15 luxury apartments, 3 shops at the groundfloor, and 2 underground levels with parking and storage area. Since the building is situated on a plot of only 260 square m, even the implementation of two underground levels have not been able to provide the necessary parking spaces. The problem is solved by installation of hydraulic systems that make maximum use of the underground space, placing cars on each other.
