The Complex is located close to the village of Lozenetz, , 63 kilometers south of Burgas International Airport. The area is famous with its picturesque small bays, pristine beaches where Strandja Mountain meets the sea. Strandja Mountain is a national protected area with many unique species. There are perfect conditions for swimming, surfing, scuba-diving, tracking, mountain biking, etc. The design envisions a vacation complex, including four-star hotel, three VIP houses, nine apartment buildings and one service building with retail units. Parking area is available underground and on site. There will be more than 300 apartments. The complex will have four swimming pools, tennis courts, SPA and Wellness, conference center, bowling, restaurants, bars and shops.
