The project is in Plovdiv, the second largest city in Bulgaria. The land is located on a main boulevard, connecting the largest residential quarter with the center of the city. The plot area is 48 682 square meters. The project provides for a staged development of a Business Park with total built-up area of more than 100 000 square meters. The first stage will include an office building with 15 000 square meters of TBA with underground parking and retail areas on the ground floor. At the final stage of development the Business Park will have more than 75 000 square m of office space, 10 000 square m of retail areas, and a hotel with around 15 000 square meters.
